Visible globe bounds

Globe mode supports await map.getBounds(), returning [[west,south],[east,north]]. This pure query does not change the camera, command journal or events. The raw SDK uses the same method.

map.setProjection({ type: 'globe' });
map.jumpTo({ center: [179, 20], zoom: 6, pitch: 35 });
await map.sqs.flush();
const bounds = await map.getBounds();

The result is a conservative approximate envelope of visible spherical ground for resource loading and coarse filtering. It is not precise visibility clipping. Actual ground and the analytic horizon are sampled; latitude expands outward by0.25 degrees and longitude margin increases with latitude. Work uses a fixed32-cell viewport grid and2048 horizon samples. Visible poles include±90 degrees and all longitudes.

Date-line ranges unwrap around the camera center, so east may exceed180 degrees and west is always≤east. Sky is not ground; no visible ground returns an error. Globe roll is connected. Persistent globe padding is connected; device validation and formal releases remain separate tasks.
