Matching web SDK

For the npm release, start with Web SDK quick start. This page describes distribution of the website development snapshot.

Examples, the web workbench and complete HTML use the same development SDK. Package 0.3.0-dev.65d76a28 corresponds to core 65d76a28454ec82456e27245099bab86832a2b7d. Formal npm and native binary releases require separate acceptance.

The Complete code tab includes HTML, CSS, event handlers and scripts. Save and serve it over HTTP. Keep JavaScript, Worker and WASM from the same version together. Local build success does not imply deployment; use the preview origin for local acceptance. Shared circle/line/fill support planar, pitched and globe views; other 3D layer combinations have their own capability limits. The shared globe API supports projection switching and immediate spherical camera commands in browser, desktop and native-library hosts; supported shared layers survive projection switching; unsupported combinations fail explicitly.

Save relative type dependencies together. Map and style attribution requirements apply separately. worker:true allows fallback; specify createWorker and check map.offscreen for strict Worker rendering.

Sources live in packages/map-core. Build hooks verify all SHA-256 values before generating standalone ESM, Worker, declarations and WASM. Generated output is ignored; source and matching WASM are tracked. Website builds need no adjacent core checkout. tools/sdk-runtime/capture.mjs reads committed core sources and verifies Rust inputs against clean build sources, rejecting mismatches.

The script console uses the reusable web script host, with standalone ESM, script Worker and contract WASM. Complete native releases and mobile hosts remain separate distribution work.

Shared constant lighting, solar extensions and historical events use the same script shape; query capabilities for actual per-platform 3D layer support.

TheAndroid native script hostprovides Java/JNI source. Device and formal-package acceptance are recorded separately.

Common elevation tiles and hillshade provide our PNG decoder and basic/map lighting. Complete HTML includes every button handler.

Elevation coloring: linear/step ramps, CSS colors and complete HTML handlers.

Common terrain surfaces and elevation queries: actual DEM meshes, standard configuration and cross-platform return differences.
